We understand that a part of a student's experience is the courtesy with which all company representatives treat them. For this reason, we hire only those individuals that can offer the highest level of customer service.
Our staff members are chosen for their humor, patience and attention to detail. They understand that studying for the LSAT and applying to law school can be a trying time in a student's life. Accordingly they strive to combine sympathy and practicality when interacting with prospective, current and past Blueprint students.
Our staff pledges to do their best to support your efforts in obtaining a great LSAT score and applying to law school.
Ivan Anic
Meet Ivan
Animator
Ivan (affectionately referred to as Drago in the office) was born and raised in Eastern Europe. We believe it was in Serbia, Bosnia, or some other country ending in -ia. After leaving the mother country, he found himself at the Rhode Island School of Design, where he studied all things artistic.
Drago used his art skillz to help bring Blueprint: The Movie 2.0 to life. He continues to use his artistic prowess to add flavor and humor to our marketing materials and website. Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any potential trauma due to Drago's interpretation of things such as dinosaurs, sleeping cows, or Thurgood Marshall. Remember, he was raised in the old country.
Drago and Dave Woods have an ongoing beard battle in the office. Though an official beard-off has not been held, Drago has a leg up due to his superior grooming skills.

Alexa Johnson
Meet Alexa
Alexa grew up in the 90s, the heyday of Disney animation and Nickelodeon game shows (Orange Iguanas for life). Because of this, a little part of her heart still wants to be 10. But one day she knew it was time to grow up and headed off to study Sociology at UCLA. After spending four years learning to bleed blue and gold (Go Bruins!) and reliving her childhood with a Disneyland annual pass, Alexa theorized her way to graduation and began working at Blueprint.
At Blueprint Alexa answers various student questions, specializing in internet browser problems (use Chrome; you’ll thank us later). When not providing technical, emotional, or academic support to Blueprint’s students, Alexa spends her time surprising her coworkers with her ''unusual optimism.'' She likes to find the good in everyone and the bright side of every situation (yes, even RC questions) and tries to help Blueprint’s students do the same.
Alexa’s other interests include: short naps on the beach, China, Doug reruns, and exploring hipster coffee shops.
Erica Sin
Meet Erica
Operations Manager
Born and raised in the rough streets of the San Gabriel Valley, Erica overcame all odds to become a Rose Princess quarterfinalist in 2000. After she was cut in the hand-to-hand combat round, Erica vowed never again to be defeated in battle. Since then she has trained tirelessly on the Wii so that she is prepared for any tennis, bowling, or boxing match that comes her way. She has also perfected her tackling skills on the rugby field, where she pummels her opponents and leaves them in a daze. Erica is known in the office as ''kang chul nah bee'', or The Steel Butterfly for her grace under pressure. She works tirelessly so that books are shipped on time, classrooms are unlocked, and student accounts activated. When not in training, Erica can be found researching different ways to become Anthony Bourdain's BFF. So far, her best plan includes bribing him with homemade Korean BBQ and potstickers.
Alex Vega
Meet Alex
Graphic Designer
Alex is a Los Angeles transplant from the great city of New York, which she claims she left because ''it's too friggin' cold.'' We are inclined to believe her because she still refuses to take off her fingerless gloves in the office.
After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Alex worked for an abstruse number of years at a studio in NYC designing for non-profit companies. She then went solo as a freelance graphic designer to make the World Wide Web a more beautiful place. Alex now joins the Blueprint team to bring as much style to our products and pages as she has to her own hair (Joan Jett, anyone?).
Since coming to LA, Alex has taken up Parkour classes at the local gymnasium. She hopes to have the agility of a spider monkey one day.
Shannon Wessel
Meet Shannon
Office Staff
Shannon is the latest installment of the UCLA dance team to the Blueprint staff. Her job interview included a full dance routine with pom-poms, which was evaluated by Sabrina, our resident cheerleader. She passed with flying colors.
Shannon brings the same ''rah-rah'' enthusiasm to her job here at Blueprint. She believes that anyone can do well on the LSAT with a little encouragement and Blueprint. Her can-do attitude helps prospective and current students through stressful times as she helps them figure out the best plan for their studies.
Despite having little to no knowledge of college basketball, Shannon managed to beat the entire office in the March Madness pool. Riley and Woods have no comment.
Karl Wilvert
Meet Karl
Systems Engineer
Colorado Karl relocated from Denver when it became clear that he could ride his motorcycle year round in LA. Karl began his engineering career by working on F-111F's in the Air Force, later graduating to teaching computer systems on F-15A fighters. This means he is a badass. Along the way he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Engineering and has worked for defense contractors, major airlines as well as several small software company ventures.
Since coming to Los Angeles, Karl has overhauled the Blueprint website, made it possible for students to watch and listen to lesson media, and helped the staff ''make the scanner thingy work''.
When not engineering systems, Karl enjoys model trains, Dodger and Rockies baseball games, woodworking, robotics, and fleecing the staff in college basketball pools.
