Application workshops provide information
fundamental to understanding the law
school admissions process.
During the four-hour workshop, you'll learn about the
numerical and qualitative factors that constitute a law
school application. The former includes your LSAT
score and GPA. The latter includes items like the
personal statement and letters of recommendation.

The workshop will also cover each of
the major written components of the
application. These include the per-
sonal statement (by far the largest
segment of the workshop) and how
to tailor it to a particular school.
In addition, the workshop will discuss
how to solicit strong letters of rec-
ommendation, when to write an expl-
anatory essay and what it should (and should not) say,
and what to include in a resume. |

Unlike other admissions sessions that primarily share anecdotal
evidence or give vague suggestions on personal statement
topics, the Blueprint application workshop was created to give
concrete, specific advice. The goal is for students to leave the
workshop with a complete outline of their personal statement.
The Blueprint application workshop was written by Jodi Triplett
and Trent Teti, co-founders of Blueprint Test Preparation who
have helped thousands of students craft law school applic-
ations. The workshops are conducted by
one of our highly qualified application
consultants. Each consultant will stay after
the workshop in order to answer any ques-
tions that were not addressed during the
session. Students looking for extensive
advice tailored to their specific situation
might consider individual application con-
sulting instead of the workshop, or a com-
bination of both.
Cost: $150 for Blueprint students
Discount: Blueprint students who sign up for the application
and games workshops pay $250 for both.
