Refund/Cancellation Policy: If a student wishes to cancel a consulting session, he/she must inform the tutor at least 24 hours prior to the set appointment time. If the student cancels the appointment within the 24 hour period, the consulting time will be forfeited and no refunds or rescheduling requests for this session will be honored.
