Want to join a great team?

At Blueprint, we look for outstanding people and
give them room to grow. We believe in hard work,
fun, and the occasional karaoke outing. Blueprint
team members have been former attorneys,
military personnel, and graduated from the most
prestigious undergraduate and law schools around
the country. Whether you teach for us, provide
application consulting, or work at our headquarters
in Los Angeles, we can give you challenging work
in an exciting environment.

It's good to be a Blueprint instructor

At Blueprint, we understand that a class is only as strong as its
instructor (no monotone Mr. Hankeys from freshman English
here). Which is why we take care of our teachers by paying
them the big bucks: $60/hr to start, which is the highest rate
in the industry. Over our 100-hour course, that can amount to
$6,000 in just two months time. (And only working a 9 to 14-
hour week!). But wait – there’s more!

Make even more money

At Blueprint, there are a myriad of ways for an instructor to
fatten up those paychecks. Tutoring, admissions consulting and
on-campus seminar presentations are just some of the
income-bolstering avenues available to our instructors. Sure
beats selling plasma!

Only the best and brightest need apply

Such perks only come to the few, the proud, the rare individual
that’s both outrageously intelligent and hilariously funny. That
means in addition to an LSAT score in the 98th percentile (170 or
above), you also have to be able to impart that knowledge to
eager, impressionable minds. Just because you understand the
relative complexities of logical implication doesn’t mean you
can automatically show someone else how to get it. In short, a
stellar teaching ability is an unequivocal must.

OK, so you’re smart and a great teacher. Let’s talk about your
personality. Blueprint instructors are renowned for their ability
to make the very serious world of LSAT preparation fun and
interesting. This is even harder than it seems. It requires a
sparkling wit and engaging character to keep students involved
and interested throughout a 4-hour class. Think more Justin
Timberlake, less Clay Aiken.

If you’re confident that you meet the above requirements, email a copy of your official LSAC score report
(applicants with scores not in the 98th percentile will not be considered), a resumé, and a cover letter to
info@blueprintprep.com.

We look forward to hearing from you!
