Bobby studied neurosciences at the University of Alberta in Edmonton before moving to Toronto to study law. A highly sought after teacher and tutor, Bobby has been helping students prepare for standardized tests of all kinds since 2005. But the LSAT has always had his heart and been his primary focus from the start. In fact, helping people realize their LSAT goals has been his life’s calling. Lily

Education: Connecticut College, BA Government and Classical Studies

Lily attended Connecticut College where she studied Government and Classical Studies and served for three years as Head Captain of the CC Mock Trial Club. Lily was a Blueprint student in the summer of 2024, when she took the LSAT Live 170+ course and achieved a 178 on her first official LSAT administration. Before joining Blueprint as a tutor, Lily worked as the Latin Language tutor. She loves working one-on-one with students and seeing them grow in skill and confidence over time. Lily plans to attend law school in the near future, but in the meantime she loves coloring, scrapbooking, going to the gym, and spending time with her two golden retrievers, Zephyr and Henry! Linette

Education: La Sierra University, BS Business and Management

Linette spent most of her childhood on her grandparents’ farm in Romania before learning English and moving to the U.S. as a teenager. She eventually entered La Sierra University as a Pre-Dental student, but soon decided she felt more comfortable examining oral testimony than oral cavities, and switched to a pre-law track. After graduating and earning a 175 on the LSAT, Linette joined Blueprint as an instructor April 2019, leading many Live Online and in-person Blueprint LSAT courses. Linette understands that everyone learns differently, which is why she makes sure to adapt her classes and teaching style to her students' needs. She also believes it’s extremely important to celebrate the small victories along the way, preferably with some rocky road ice cream (although any dessert would be acceptable). In her free time, Linette likes to get back to her roots by backpacking and camping in the wild. Although there are no goats around, the occasional bear and deer make up for that. Fun Facts: Linette has traveled to every country in Europe, and also earned a 99th-percentile score on the Dental Admissions Test.See more

Casey

Education: George Washington University, BA Journalism

Casey grew up in the Pacific Northwest, spent a few years away to attend college in D.C., and returned home for his career as a TV news reporter. He has a passion for breaking down complex concepts and making them easy to understand, and developed a reputation in the field for his unique in-depth explanatory videos and fact-checks. While working as a reporter, Casey noticed over and over that he especially enjoyed covering stories about the law. Eternally curious, he decided to try taking the LSAT. He found himself really enjoying studying for the test; it was a new avenue to explore his love for language and obsession with little details. With the help of Blueprint he was soon regularly scoring in the 170s on practice tests (and one much-coveted 180), and achieved his target score on the real test. He realized he could meld that achievement with his passion for explaining stuff, and linked up with Blueprint to help more people reach their goals. Casey is a persevering Mariners fan, a master of bar trivia, loves movies and TV shows, enjoys playing softball with his friends, and is critically addicted to Twitter and TikTok. Fun Facts: Casey maintains a detailed spreadsheet exploring his local food scene, having logged and rated more than 150 restaurants and food carts so far.See more

Gene

Education: University of Maryland, BA Communications

Gene is a veteran instructor who fell in love with the LSAT almost 20 years ago and has helped thousands of students reach their goals ever since! Before getting into the wacky zany world of law school test preparation, Gene produced morning radio in NYC, did crank calls for 600 radio stations, and produced stand-up comedy shows at the Improv and New York Comedy Club. He parlayed this experience into his mantra of "Make the LSAT fun!" that fits the Blueprint ethos quite nicely, even though he's still downtrodden about the loss of Logic Games. When he's not teaching the LSAT, Gene enjoys spending time with his two daughters, playing electric guitar, keeping his basketball skills sharp, and finally took up pickleball to see what all the hype was about. Fun facts: Gene speaks fluent Russian, used to play rhythm guitar in a Metallica cover band, and once snuck into the White House Correspondents Dinner.See more

Sam

Education: Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, JD, University of California, Los Angeles, BA Economics

Sam has been an instructor and tutor with Blueprint since March 2011 — albeit with a brief sojourn to earn a J.D. at Pepperdine Law. His journey to becoming one of Blueprint LSAT's most experienced instructors and tutors began in the scenic metropolis of Stockton, CA. Sam begrudgingly moved to Los Angeles for college, where he graduated from UCLA with a BA in Economics. Ever since, he has instructed students of all ages in a wide range of subjects, particularly math. In fact, Sam brings over 10 years of teaching experience to the field he enjoys most: the LSAT. Sam's love of teaching and tutoring the LSAT stems from his desire to see others succeed. He takes great joy in helping people with little or no familiarity with the LSAT develop such a thorough understanding of the test that their scores skyrocket. He also understands the fears and anxieties many people have about test-taking and law school admissions; handling and overcoming those fears are part of many of his favorite success stories. With a decade of experience in LSAT Prep, he has thoroughly enjoyed seeing his students thrive in law school and their legal careers. Oscar

LSAT Score: 177

Education: University of Washington, BA International Studies

After graduating college with a bachelor’s in vague studies and an internship at the unemployment factory, Oscar’s future looked uncertain. His attempts at starting careers as a mountain climber, a kiteboarder, and a skier all fizzled when the $0/year salary failed to keep up with his expenses. Eventually, he made the choice to earn his keep by standing up for people who actually did have jobs, and became a full-time union organizer. But after working for a couple years, Oscar figured that he needed a change of pace from constantly “leaving his bedroom” and “going outside.” So, he tore his ACL and spent several weeks in his bed in the dark. This period of sensory deprivation made Oscar so deranged that he decided he wanted to be a lawyer, which is why he can (kind of) honestly say that he has been studying the LSAT since before he could walk. Oscar scored a 177 on the LSAT, and is confident that anyone with patience and dedication can learn to decode it. His experience explaining contracts and labor law as a union organizer helped him develop the ability to break down complex ideas in ways that anyone can understand, and his teaching style is conversational and interactive. When he’s not teaching the LSAT or working with his labor union, Oscar can be found at home reading or out on one of the PNW’s many hiking trails. Fun Facts: Oscar speaks Spanish (well) and Swedish (sort of well). He has climbed the tallest mountain in Washington State, the tallest mountain in Vietnam, and the tallest escalator in Washington, D.C. after it got stuck.See more

Emma

LSAT Score: 180

Education: Oklahoma Baptist University, BA Political Science and Spanish, Boston University, JD

Emma grew up in Wichita, Kansas but now calls Boston home. She is a law student at Boston University School of Law, where she is pursuing a career in immigration law. Emma has interned at a legal aid organization in Boston where she worked with asylum seekers, and she is currently part of BU Law’s Immigrants’ Rights and Human Trafficking Clinic. Before law school, Emma worked as a middle school Spanish teacher. She earned a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from Oklahoma Baptist University. While at OBU, she self-studied for the LSAT and scored a perfect 180! Emma is a firm believer that the LSAT is a teachable test and everyone can see improvement between Day 1 and Test Day. She is dedicated to meeting students’ individual needs and leading with empathy. Fun facts: Emma loves chili, she’s been to the Galápagos Islands, and she knows Pi to 31 digits!See more
