Education: University of Texas School of Law, JD, Texas A&M University, BA English
Sean couldn't decide between rival schools, so he went to Texas A&M and then the University of Texas for law school. He discovered his passion for the LSAT and tutoring after earning a 177 on his LSAT (back when there were two Logical Reasoning sections—two is back again!) and has been teaching the exam (among others) since 2007. Sean loves the rigor of the LSAT—the rigor of the exam's construction and language, and the rigor necessary to do well. Sean is a full-time private teacher and tutor—in his spare time, he writes short fiction, misses way too many open threes playing basketball, and dotes on his one-year old.
Fun Facts: Sean spent the bulk of the pandemic on the road with his fiancé, and eloped (after a cancelled wedding) in Oregon. Easy place to get married!See more
Brendan
LSAT Score: 175
Education: Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, JD, Brigham Young University, BA Psychology
Brendan attended Brigham Young University and is currently pursuing his J.D. at Arizona State University. Brendan has always loved testing but especially loved studying for and taking the LSAT in 2022. This experience led Brendan to pursue a career at Blueprint, where he began working in 2024. Brendan has a variety of teaching and training experiences with both high-school and college students. Brendan has a passion for making learning exciting and brings passion to each of his class sessions. In his spare time, Brendan enjoys watching and playing a variety of sports, including golf and baseball.
Fun Fact: Brendan is the proud owner of the goodest dog in the whole world: Dolly, his two-year old German Shepherd. See more
Education: New York University, BA Journalism and English
Amanda grew up in Southern California before moving to New York to attend NYU, where she double majored in journalism and English, with a minor in politics. Fluent in Swedish and currently learning German, she loves learning languages and found that approaching the LSAT like a new language to decipher and master reframed studying as a fun challenge.
As a Blueprint alum and aspiring law student, Amanda is excited to join the Blueprint team. She aims to help students decode the exam and discover the study approach that works best for them. In her free time, Amanda enjoys writing poetry, traveling to try new restaurants, and collecting rare books.
Fun Facts: True to her soccer and track & field background, Amanda loves long-distance running. She’s just begun training to run a marathon in Stockholm next summer, which she fears may prove to be an even more difficult mental game than studying for the LSAT.See more
Jonathan
LSAT Score: 173
Education: University of Chicago, MA Digital Humanities, University of Chicago, BA Classics
Jonathan is a recent graduate from the University of Chicago, where he pursued a joint-degree BA in Classics and MA in Digital Humanities. Throughout college, Jonathan was active in community service and tutoring students from a variety of backgrounds. After graduating from college, he worked as a software engineer for an e-commerce company while studying for the LSAT part-time. Eventually, he realized he was much more interested in logical reasoning than programming and decided to combine his passion for teaching with tutoring the LSAT.
A Chicago resident, Jonathan has had his fair share of “Ope” (Midwestern “oops”) moments while studying for the LSAT and recognizes that progress can be difficult, elusive, but ultimately rewarding. As such, Jonathan works hard to adjust the learning materials for each individual student and emphasizes the importance of consistency and encouragement in reaching one’s goals. Some say that the LSAT is like a marathon; after having done both, Jonathan agrees that both require dedicated training, a knowledgeable support system, and plenty of sleep for optimal performance (He prefers the LSAT).
Fun facts: Jonathan is currently searching for the perfect noodle dish. In his free time, he likes to organize large meals with friends (sometimes at noodle restaurants).See more

Jacob
LSAT Score: 175
Education: University of Notre Dame, BA Finance and Entrepreneurship
Jacob studied Finance and Entrepreneurship at the University of Notre Dame, graduating in 2019 and returning home to the warmer climate in Arkansas. Working in Corporate Finance by day and binge-watching Suits by night, Jacob decided to give the LSAT a try after testifying at a fascinating work-related deposition. He quickly fell in love with the concepts while studying his way to a 175 on the October 2021 LSAT. A prolific arguer on all topics, Jacob especially loves to teach argument structure and common flaws in arguments. He also enjoys closely examining answer choices across each section, with an emphasis on helping his students spot patterns among tempting incorrect answer choices. When not thinking about the LSAT or working, Jacob is probably dominating the Chess board or embarrassing himself on the basketball court.
Fun Fact: In addition to Suits, Jacob is a superfan of The Office, and begins each lesson with a quote from Michael Scott or Dwight Schrute. See more
Raana
LSAT Score: 173
Education: University of California, Santa Barbara, BA History, Philosophy, & Professional Writing
Raana was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, but betrayed her Nor Cal roots to move to sunny Santa Barbara for her undergraduate degree. A fourth year Mock Trial competitor on UC Santa Barbara’s highly-ranked team, Raana first discovered her love for teaching through tutoring her team’s “newbies” on the basics of Mock Trial. Raana also works as a legal assistant and is currently completing a women’s history thesis. A true LSAT nerd, Raana loves the LSAT because it’s like a puzzle whose mastery can open so many doors for students. Raana’s teaching philosophy centralizes humor, breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces, and empathetically addressing students’ concerns.
Fun Facts: In her free time, Raana likes watching Love Island, weightlifting, or reading (in that order of enjoyment). See more

Ashleigh
LSAT Score: 175
Education: Florida State University, BS Political Science
Ashleigh attended Florida State University, studying political science and earning a minor in just about every topic under the sun. When Ashleigh first began learning about the LSAT, she instantly forged a strong bond with parallel flaw questions (shout out to PT 45, section 4, question 20!) Ashleigh believes in celebrating the little victories, and she will always encourage her students to reach for bigger and better heights. Ashleigh also understands the importance of adjusting the pace of lessons to the learning speed of her students, and she believes that slowing down to increase comprehension is the key to effective learning.
When Ashleigh isn’t obsessing over the strength of language used in necessary assumption questions, she can usually be found walking her dog, Sadie. In her spare time, she dabbles in a comically large amount of hobbies, such as gaming, knitting, and pottery.
Fun Facts: Her experience as a barista in her youth has turned Ashleigh into an absolute coffee snob, and she will occasionally make homemade coffee syrups to liven up her morning espresso.See more
Education: Duke University School of Law, JD, Notre Dame, BA Liberal Studies
Patrick attended the University of Notre Dame, where he completed a classical education in the arts, history, literature, natural science, philosophy, politics, and theology. With his preparation for cocktail parties complete, he moved on to Duke University, picking up his law degree. A true Jack of all trades, Patrick has worked for appellate judges, private law firms, and startup software companies, but he is most inspired when he's shepherding his LSAT students toward their law school dreams. In class, Patrick considers himself a Logical Reasoning guru, taking great care to unravel the logic of each question type and demystify even the most opaque of questions.
Fun Facts: A distance runner and pizza-making aficionado, Patrick finds his hobbies to complement each other, as he can just barely outrun his appetite.See more
Ted
LSAT Score: 177
Education: Southern Adventist University, BA Communication and History
Ted is a history guy. He was the president of the history club at his college and knows the names of every Roman Emperor (feel free to put him to the test!). He loves analyzing logic from historical figures (almost) as much as tackling LSAT Logical Reasoning questions. In his free time, you can find him debating with his friends arguments from Plato, to the Apostle Paul, to the Quran. But the most exciting thing for him is connecting with students and watching them grow. He has always had a passion for teaching. After taking the LSAT himself, he decided to make sure other students are able to achieve their LSAT dreams too.
Ted joined blueprint in April, 2024 as an instructor and tutor. Committed to the idea that with enough practice any person can achieve any score they want, Ted makes the complicated and unapproachable parts of the test familiar and conquerable. He has been tutoring since he was in 8th grade and loves getting to know his students and learning their individual strengths and weaknesses.
Fun fact: Ted also loves video games. As a kid, his passion for history was sparked by the Assassin's Creed games and Age of Empires.See more
Education: McMaster University, BA Interdisciplinary, University of Toronto, JD
Navya has been working with rockstar students at Blueprint since 2022. She has an undergraduate degree in Arts & Sciences from McMaster University and is currently in law school at the University of Toronto. When not attending lectures or doing readings, Navya embraces her inner grandmother: her favourite pastimes are knitting, doing jigsaw puzzles, and cooking enough food to feed an army.
The oldest of three, Navya's first students were her younger siblings (often against their will). Since then, she's taught and tutored people of all ages and abilities — including coaching herself to a 176 on the LSAT. As Blueprint's first Canadian hire, Navya's love for the LSAT truly transcends borders. She's excited to be helping you on your journey!
Fun fact: Navya has MANY opinions about classic literature. However, odds are she hasn't actually read the book she's currently going on about. (Unless it's Jane Austen or L. M. Montgomery, in which case she definitely has.)See more
Alex
LSAT Score: 177
Education: University of Southern California, BA Journalism
Though born in Boston, Alex spent most of his childhood in South Korea before coming back to the U.S. to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism at the University of Southern California. Alex has since held positions of leadership as an Executive Producer for USC Annenberg TV News and as a Squad Leader in the South Korean Air Force. His diverse experiences have allowed him to work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, enabling him to adapt to many students’ needs.
As a teacher, Alex is committed to giving you the tools you need to build your knowledge base from the ground up. He knows what works for one student won’t necessarily work for another, and his goal is to utilize each students’ unique learning style to give them a personalized study strategy. Alex likes to spend his free time weightlifting, playing video games, and giving names to all the fish at the aquarium.
Fun Fact: Alex has an unhealthy obsession with the fantasy author Brandon Sanderson and owns at least one copy of all 60 of his books.See more
Education: University of Pennsylvania, BSE Operations, Information, and Decision Making
Arushi attended the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, graduating in 2021. After school, she continued down the finance route at a tech-focused growth equity fund. However, since captaining her Mock Trial team in high school, law has always been her true passion (this became abundantly clear as she would sit at her desk listening to Supreme Court oral arguments instead of music). She's currently in the process of applying to law school and hopes to pursue work in the civil rights or immigration space. She has taken the LSAT twice and is actually a Blueprint Alum - crediting the course for her 11 point jump to a perfect score. She's excited to be an instructor and tutor because her own studying process has shown how teachable this test is (and how satisfying it can be when something clicks) and she can't wait to pass on those skills.
Fun Fact: She loves a good adrenaline rush from skydiving and bungee jumping over the Swiss Alps, to scuba diving in Greece or cliff jumping in Jamaica.See more
Bethany
LSAT Score: 173
Education: Kansas State University, BS Political Science
Bethany attended Kansas State University studying political science and minoring in agricultural economics. Driven by her love of language and culture, she spent four years studying Arabic and teaching English in the Middle East. As a former teacher and facilitator, Bethany is passionate about helping her students overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. With Arabic under her belt, she returned to the US to take the LSAT, earning a 173, and to pursue a legal career. Bethany joined Blueprint as an instructor and tutor in 2024. Having gone from logic games being her lowest section to consistently achieving perfect scores on it, she firmly believes the LSAT is learnable and that any student can reach their goals with the right preparation. Bethany also works as a paralegal and writer at an immigration law firm, helping clients with extraordinary abilities such as researchers and scientists in their immigration process.
Fun facts: Bethany earned several national championships in dog agility competitions as a teenager and is eagerly awaiting the addition of a new puppy to the family. See more

Education: Harvard Law School, JD, Eastern Michigan University, BA Economics and Political Science
A national champion in collegiate Speech and Debate, Auryon spent years honing his communication skills, informing audiences about Deep Brain Stimulation or making them laugh about how we mispronounce names (it’s ARE-yawn). But while winning trophies was fun, he found his real passion to be coaching others to achieve similar success. Nowhere is this more true than the LSAT.
Auryon understands the transformative (and sometimes fear-inducing) power of an LSAT score- but he also knows that the studying process can be exciting, enjoyable, and incredibly rewarding. He hopes to make everyone’s LSAT experience the same as his: get the answers right, and make the preparation process an opportunity for personal growth. People learn differently, and Auryon loves working with students to find the learning style that suits them best; he believes doing so can make even the most daunting sections feel like an old friend.
When he isn’t tutoring the LSAT, Auryon enjoys traveling to national parks, playing Chess and Settlers of Catan, and watching basketball. He starts Harvard Law in Fall 2025.
Fun Facts: Auryon has lived all over the U.S.- from Phoenix, to Cleveland, to Detroit, to Seattle- and loves traveling across the country to see friends. He also speaks English, Spanish, and Persian (Farsi).See more

Education: Oklahoma Baptist University, BA Political Science and Spanish
Emma grew up on the plains of Kansas before moving to the comparatively cosmopolitan outskirts of Boston. She attended Oklahoma Baptist University where she majored in political science and Spanish. During her time at OBU, she also led the school’s debate team and Oklahoma’s state collegiate moot court competition. Emma self-studied for the LSAT and scored a perfect 180 on test day! Her new goal is to bring that same dedication to the classroom while helping others improve their scores. Emma has come to love the LSAT’s special brand of complexity and solvability. Hot take: she loves diagramming. On a normal night you can find her working out the deeply thought-provoking question of what to cook for dinner. A new ramen recipe? Butter chicken? Or her all-time favorite, chili?
Fun Fact: Emma unashamedly loves television. Some of her recent favorites include The Last of Us, Abbott Elementary, and Demon Slayer. She also enjoys watching shows in Spanish or Portuguese to keep up her language skills. Hence, Iron Chef Mexico is also on the list!See more
